The Socratic Coach is a reflective coaching tool designed to support personal insight and growth. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or crisis support.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services. At this time, The App supports text-based coaching conversations. It does not create, edit, or generate images.

2. Personal Use

This application is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content, prompts, summaries, or software within the application.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, coaching questions, summaries, methodology descriptions, design, and software code, is owned by Root to Rise and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is prohibited.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the insights generated within this application. The Socratic Coach provides reflective questions to support your own thinking. It does not make decisions for you.

5. Privacy

This application is designed to support reflective use. Data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to those practices.

6. Modifications

Root to Rise may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updates.

7. Limitation of Liability
